Shipping policy

Your Personal Development Book is printed on demand after you complete the assessment and the final print files are generated.

Shipping options and charges depend on your delivery address and are shown at checkout. If no shipping rate is available for your address, we cannot currently accept an order for delivery there.

Any printing and delivery window shown for a printed book starts after you complete your assessment, not on the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks may delay delivery.

International deliveries may incur import taxes, duties, customs clearance, brokerage or carrier handling fees. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are payable by you to the carrier or customs authority. The amount depends on your destination and the carrier. Payment may be required before your book can be delivered.

Free or discounted shipping applies only to the shipping charge. It does not cover import taxes, duties or customs clearance fees.

For order help, contact support@rilev.com with your Shopify order number. Do not include assessment responses or your personalized book.
