Refund policy

The Human Book is a personalized, made-to-order product and is marked as final sale. We do not accept standard returns or cancellations after purchase.

If you contact us before completing the assessment or before production has started, we may be able to cancel the order at our discretion.

If your printed book arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the format you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. After review, we may offer a replacement, reprint, refund, or other remedy.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
